To Swan or not to Swan: Part Deux!

In the last issue of the journal we stated that "When faced with a patient with hemodynamic instability the question that is often posed is whether a pulmonary artery catheter (PAC) should be inserted or not?". In this issue of IJEICM we present the results of or internet-based study. It is interesting to corroborate that inspite of our educational efforts, the inappropriate use and poor understanding of the PAC will lead to excessive mortality.
