Abstract

A 68 year old man was admitted with an acute confusional state. Incidental findings on examination were multiple painless, pedunculated lesions within the scrotal skin. They contained a characteristic punctum and some of them expelled a cheesy discharge. A scrotal ultrasound scan was normal and the masses were diagnosed as sebaceous cysts. Sebaceous cysts of the scrotum are not uncommon, but this was a rare presentation.
