Answer 3Corlopam (Fenoldopam) is a relatively new peripheral dopamine-1 (DA1) receptor agonist. It decreases blood pressure by dilating renal, splanchnic and cardiac vasculature. There is good evidence that corlopam not only lowers blood pressure, but also improves renal function.
